@00:30It can take time to create all that, but once you plan the "key" frames in the scene, it then becomes easy to follow through with the "inbetweens".
The story in the commercial is that the Prince is sick in bed, and the three wise men cannot figure out how to make him feel better. Then in comes the servant girl with water, hopeful to make him feel better, but then she reaches into her Kimono and produces a rice cracker that was against her breast for the Prince to eat (this being somewhat of a come-on from her to the Prince). The Prince takes the cracker and suddenly becomes well, proclaiming "Tastes Fantastic". The Three wise men are stunned by this outcome. The servant girl opens her Kimono to reveal her shoulders, then releases her hair, and it tumbles down her back. The Prince then advances for a romantic moment with the her, and the wise men wisely retreat from the room.
I finally have a copy of it on DVD, 10 years ('99 - '09) after creating this commercial. So here are some stills in sequence from the Ad. I thank the director Steven Moltzen for forwarding a copy to me.

It's all about planning.
